Hi Jenny. These are commonly called planthopper rather than leafhopper. ... Flatidae (under Fulgoroidea) It might be Siphanta sp. Might even be Siphanta acuta from memory. If you're game you might try to key it out here to be sure http://www1.dpi.nsw.gov.au/keys/fulgor/f...
