Neottia cordata
Though it doesn't look like one when you can't see the small flowers, this is an orchid. The first two photos show one that had recently bloomed and closed. I think that plant had green flowers. The plant in the last three photos looks like it might have had reddish flowers and had bloomed a longer time ago. The stem is often red for the ones with the reddish flowers.
