As the summer goes by, some butterflies show the scars of many a battle.
Thank you, Bayucca. It was the first time I saw this one. Pity that it was so badly damaged.
I have no books, but it is Nymphalidae, Charaxinae, Zaretis sp. for sure, and most probably Zaretis isidora.
