Sadly it had been well chewed up by the time we found it :(
One of the favorite cat toys is a rubber snake so they probably just thought I had provided them with an upgraded version!
They are indoor only cats so they only usually get to hunt the occasional cricket of beetle that strayed into the house.

What did your cats do with it, Karen? My cat caught one but just wanted to watch it after he put it down.

Nice photo - we had one that got into our basement during the 2010 floods. Unfortunately our cats found it before we did.
