But leaving that precise shape after? eating in way to left the remains to resemble fungus/lichens, and leaving nothing around on the ground?? dont know... i really have no explanation... maybe ufo could be an answer ;PPP

Maybe some animal was eaten and the skin left behind. Birds of prey can really wipe the meal clean.

It would help greatly if you wrote something about where you found this specimen, how big it was, etc...it looks interesting

In Auroville which is showed on the map, anyway Auroville is a little village inside the tropical dry forest...don't know anything else.
