looks like some kind of drongo or something. please help id ... notice the thin hairs growing on its forehead.

Cannot see any evidence of spangling on the breast, so could it be a juvenile and not grown the tail yet? Although my book picture of the juv does not show long hairs either.

I'm thinking a Hair-crested Drongo (Dicrurus hottentottus) with a worn tail? Most subspecies have dark eyes.
