Blurry, but you can still see the thickened legs. I'm pretty confident of the ID.
It's kind of difficult to tell from the photograph, but I'm pretty sure this is a flattened bark beetle (Family Cucujidae) http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cucujidae...
