Lomandra filiformis ssp. filiformis

Description:

A tufted grass-like perennial with short inflorescence spikes with clusters of rounded cream coloured flowers. Leaves were long and filiform and in-rolled.

Habitat:

Spotted in a sclerophyll forest - flora reserve.

Notes:

Several tufts seen in the one spot, slightly matted. Female and male flowers are on separate plants. Feamle fowers are said to be tubular.
Family: Xanthorrhoeaceae
