This is a duplicate spotting of one that supposedly was made on November 15! Since this spotting has all the comments, I will remove the earlier spotting. But please use the correct date of the spotting on this spotting.

"Oriental Honey Buzzard" is simply another name for the Crested Honey Buzzard. These are two names for the same species: Pernis ptilorhyncus.

This link shows that both names are used for the same bird.

thnx doren but still confused oriental or crested looks more similar to oriental buzzard

This looks much like a Crested Honey Buzzard. Perhaps someone more familiar with this species can confirm the identification.
