looks like family "lepiota". maybe "chlorophyllum", possibly a real "lepiota", or not so likely "macrolepiota". ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lepiota ), for the species have you look for yourself, because i canot get much features from the picture, you have spotted it, you know how big and smelly. take a look for species under the above mentioned genas!! good luck
