Thanks! I think that's the female. I know we have flocks that have starlings and grackles along with the red-winged blackbirds, but I think these guys were all red-wings.

I should have figured it was at the farm! I saw one of these guys up in Broomfield yesterday! I want pictures too! Yours are great Is the birds in the middle/upper left a black bird too or is he different?

Alice, it's going to be in the 70s all week!! We'll probably have more snow yet, but SPRING has SPRUNG!!! Thanks for the comment!

Wonderful sighting, Colorado, has to be warming up! They leave us at the end of winter here.
