Frogfish

Antennariidae

Description:

Roughly 20/30 centimeters. Blueish/ gray with circled spots. I did not see the esca/lure as it was not hunting.

Habitat:

Lempeh Strait Sulawesi Indonesia. At 4 meters.

Notes:

This Frogfish was "swimming". The surge kept sweeping him of his feet. He would roll over and go left and then right. He/she looked like a drunken Leprechaun.:-) very funny and endearing.
