Dark purple leaves, light brown bark. Alternate leaf pattern.
Botanic Garden Phase III. West entrance, directly to the right of gate. Furthest Chokcherry to the east of the mulch bed.
Aphid infestation. Located on the bark of the base of the tree, as well as the front and back of each leaf.
