Description:

Cream-colored, flat-capped mushroom ~ 50 mm high. Cap diameter ~ 35 mm, stem diameter 4-5mm. The center of the upper side of the cap has a very pale yellow tint, as do the gills.

Habitat:

Suburban neighborhood on tropical upland plateau.

Notes:

Spotted growing in a grassy area under a kukui (Aleurites moluccanus or candlenut) tree in a suburban development.
