Description:

a 3 in 1 spotting. I found this dead grasshopper/katydid with a large black ant tending to it and at the same time a scorpionfly landed right nearby, see photo 2 and 3

Habitat:

rainforest, 1000m

Notes:

Spotted in Gunung Merapi national park.

The wasp like insect is a Scorpionfly (Order Mecoptera)
