Tiny (about 3mm body) cobweb spider.

Habitat:

Stillhouse Falls Hollow, Tennessee.

Notes:

This tiny spider was on a cobweb on the rock-face behind the waterfall. Last photo shows one of the tiny egg-sacks hanging from the rock ceiling.
