As you have seen this dog in Peru it is called the "Perro Calato". Calato Dog. I have seen them there. They are almost the exact race from Mexico. They might have all come from Peru. They have been used for thousands of years medicinally. They have a higher corporal temperature than most dogs and therefore have been used to help with rheumatism and various bone, tendon, and ligament disfunction's. The appropriate name is Perro Calato for this spotting.
