Aha! Still, what a great butterfly to have in your garden. It doesn't get to AZ where I live.
Sorry about that. My location was marked incorrectly. Yes, I do live in South Texas. I've seen them here ever since I was young.
If you saw this in the wild (did you?), it's an interesting sighting - apparently this is a Central American species that occasionally strays into TX.
