Orangutan Crab

Oncinopus sp.1

Description:

This Orangutan Crab was hanging out during a night dive. During the day they are usually found in bubble corals, mushroom corals, or hammer corals. But at night I've seen them crawling all over the place like this guy. I love this photo because it looks like an Orangutan hanging from a tree.

Habitat:

Often associated with bubble corals.
