Description:

Small, reddish brown and black.

Habitat:

Under pavement, rocks, soil, bark and roots.

Notes:

Ants have super senses! They qualify for the NWF Watch for Wildlife Mission for sure. Ants travel up to 700 feet from their nest and scent trails allow them to find their way back even in the dark!
