Unknown planthopper

Description:

This is probably an Issid planthopper, and an ID is appreciated. This type of hopper is seen on nearly all the plants we have in the garden. This one is spotted on the leaf of Clinacanthus nutans.

I'm not very good but am a big fan! There are several people on here that are very good though! One person is oxyjack. You may want to reach out to him. Good luck!

Are you good at hoppers? I really would love to know whether my spotting is a froghopper or otherwise: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/986.... Thanks!

It does look like Issidae family. Please consider adding this to The Hoppers mission http://www.projectnoah.org/missions/8096...
