I do think the smaller plant with blue flowers in Vinca minor

The leaves do not look like periwinkle. The leaves do look familiar, I just can't remember why. The smaller blue flower is a periwinkle.

Anna,the small purple flowers do look like vinca major. i am a little puzzled about the leaves.
