About thigh high. Long slender leaves.
I know this... but cant seem to recall its name... let me ponder on it for a day or so... :)
That stalk confirms it for me. It is Crinum sp. See http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/showima... and another example of the genus from my yard http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/705...
Could be Dracena fragrans perhaps? - I don't know the common name.
I have seen these before but i dont know what its called. Removed the ti leaf label and uploaded the photo of the flower. Or where the flower was. If i recall the flower is white.
Ti leaf is Cordyline fruticosa I believe ( http://www.hear.org/starr/images/species... ) whereas I think this might be Crinum sp. ( http://www.hear.org/starr/images/search/... ) not in flower...
