Family: Noctuidae, Subfamily: Plusiinae (Looper moths). Total length: 18-20 mm. Wingspan: 40 mm. Grayish brown FW has bronze and lilac sheen. Stigma is variable but two distinct white spots are obvious. Thin collar is reddish/orange. Adult food: aster and other flowers.
