Mediterranean House Gecko

Hemidactylus turcicus

Notes:

I think some one once said this is a Mediterranean gecko. I live in Albuquerque, Nm and wonder if they are a native species or an example of an invasive one. In length this gecko is about an inch. Do they get bigger or is that full grown?

It is a mediterranean gecko. They get much larger, and they are exotic. Not very invasive since they fill a niche that is not occupied by any other lizard in NM; they are arboreal and nocturnal.
