Wow! love the blue!

Definition of Verditer - either of two pigments, consisting usually of carbonate of copper prepared by grinding either azurite (blue verditer) or malachite (green verditer). So I guess this bird is the colour of blue verditer!

Confirmed it is a summer visitor to that area and it matches the plumage. It is a very good picture also, well done. Also, I believe it is a male, the female is duller. I have seen these in the mountains of Malaysia.
