Palawan has 2 subspecies of Hasora taminatus: H. taminatus malayana C.& R.Felder 1860 in southern Palawan; and H. taminatus padma Fruhstorfer 1911 in northern Palawan.
Also called the Banded Peacock, ssp Achillides palinurus angustatus Staudinger 1888 for Palawan.
The scientific name is Junonia orithya leucasia Fruhstorfer 1912. This is a ♂.

After almost a year, we got a final confirmation on its ID. My first ID of Tarattia gutama gutama Moore 1858 turned out correct after all :D.. Pls kindly change back the sciname ID to Tarattia gutama gutama. Regards!
