Yeah its a fish. Genus is Hippocampus I think.
I think that's a Remora. the one which sticks on sharks and follows them around.
they always get tangled up in fishing nets and get left behind on the shore.
they don't look that scary as compared to their adult counterpart. but the photo's nice.
i think that's called periwinkle.
what's the local name of this one?
it so cute.and it could balance itself on top of that leaf too!
we have this one in the lab. although its all soaked up in formalin. nice picture.
