In Rajarhat besides small water bodies!
The small white patch beside the beak is the key identifying feature while distinguishing Black Drongo from others! Look for it in future :)
On having a closer look after zooming, I find that none of the males have red patches on the shoulders. So would suggest them to be Rose-ringed Parakeets!
I have got a lot better this time. Shall I post them as new spotting or post and update this one? Suggestion needed!
Thank you Leuba :) I have no clue on what they might be. They have distinguishable leaves, stem etc.. and were infact hanging upto 1m in length.

Yeah, this is a Red Whiskered Bulbul... But in Assam they are a lot less puffy than the one in this picture! It must be very cold there!
