I think that is a Peach-Faced Lovebird (Agapornis roseicollis), although not the "natural" color.

Could also be another type of Mertensia, many look pretty similar.
Looks a lot like my A. hentzi, although a lot of the US tarantulas can be described as "brown". Probably a male if it was out and about.

The purple markings on the stems are an identifying trait.
Some form of Wintercress/Yellowrocket. Hard to pinpoint without seeing the leaves.
