Looks like a dried cover for frog eggs, is there a body of water below?

I understand your concern of taking from the wild, but this species is very common in our rivers. In a time span of 1 month they have produced already 30-40 fry without counting the ones that die due to metabolic problems.

Thanks, I have seen red ear sliders in the area before but this turtle was unfamiliar to me.

Gilma Jeannette Ospino Ferreira-Norman, actually there are, I only caught 15 in a river around 20ft long and in it were around 100-180+ guppies and the river goes from the moutains to the sea so there are a couple thousands in just one river.

Thanks, they come in many colors. I was with a friend when we caught them so we split them up. They can range from violet to neon blue to orange and even red.

Haha thanks. They were so unusual and unique that I had to post them. I'm trying to get 3 more to move them to a stram like aquarium and see if they will breed.

Thanks, all right. Is there a mission for pets category or how would I put them there in the future?

Haha thanks. The first time I saw it I was mesmorized by it. There were around 3 individuals with it but since the glass of the tank was round it distorted almost all of my photos, I could only get this good shot of just 1 of them.
