S Frazier: Yes these were taken on the same date, but not the same exact location. Both were captured within Grand Teton National Park; the cow was along Moose-Wilson road, I believe, the bull near the park entrance road.
Wonderful! The texture is excellent--as if I could touch every hair. Absolutely beautiful photography; thank you for sharing this exquisite adventure.
