This is the most likely candidate, it is definitely a waxwing, and the Bohemian is the only waxwing of the three types that live in your portion of Europe.
Thanks so much, I've been trying to figure out what the plant is, I looked up moss phlox but the leaves are not the same. This plants leaves are more like clover leaves, but I can't find a clover to match either, any suggestions?

Thank you Yasser, I found it on my back step actually. I nearly stepped on it, originally i thought it was a juvenile june bug. The pattern on its back is what initially caught my eye!
