It appears to be a ti plant, tropical, will not live threw a freeze, great house plant, does not like to be moved alot.
Looks like a native plant we call may pop, makes a tart fruit on the vine, but i Have only seen purple ones.

Not to sure the name but it's in tha daisy or coneflower family, most likely daisy..
