Isnt it? And it looks dangerous. I was afrais to touch it. Growing on tje side if the road in the shade. Would love to know the name.

It is defintely Lepidium. I cant tell very well the difference between the species. It looks a lot like densidlorum, but i only find info of virginicum occuring on hispaniola. So im gonna go with virginicum.. Thanks a lot. I think they are beautiful!

Could be . Very similar structure but all the images of the species i see seem soft and flimsy. This is a rough, prickly, woody small shrub. Also variation in color in undersise of leaf. ... Maybe its a different species of clidemia than the ones in the google images.

I think its a Pine Tussock Moth Caterpillar. Dasychira pinicola.
It makes sense because the area where I spotted it at 500 meters above sea level where the mountain pine forests begin.. Lots of Pinus occidentalis.
