I read up on boletus, and tried to go back to the site for further examination, but they were gone. Thanks for the info! Maybe I'll spot more sometime.

That's one of the Tussock moth larvae, but not sure which species. The ones we get here (Florida,US) have four tufts on their backs instead of the three this one has, and are considered pests.

Tall bird is a flamingo. The two smaller ones could be male and female Eurasian Widgeons.
