It may not be her den. Many feral dogs will take up residence in dens of other animals.
From what I can see this looks like a feral cattle dog mix breed.
This doesn't look like a long toed salamander. No gold or green stripe down the back.
It could be a water moccasin. They have a variety of colors and pattern.

Do you have a pic of face and ears? Distinct nose and ear features really help to identify bats.
We used to get mice in our dog food bin. They're super cute!
