Probably the pink variety of Nymphaea alba. The lotus species (Nelumbium sp) is different, with leaves and flowers above the water, not floating.

You might check in the Nepidae family of aquatic bugs.
In French Guyana I have often seen flocks of those tiny black-and-red nymphs. Looks like the same species.
