Taking a stab at this, hard to see the tail clearly but looks like a red-tailed hawk.

And the Elm is correct. This is an American elm or "white elm" tree.

After looking I think this is a green june beetle. They commonly eat ripe fruit and are mistaken for Japanese Beetles.

Yeah i'm sure plants would make it easier... but it's a tree, so I would feel like I was doing a disservice to the biological science if I called a tree a plant.

This beetle is larger than the typical Japanese Beetle, unless Japanese Beetles can get to be over 1 inch in length I don't know if that is correct?

This doesn't really look like the typical Morel... I think possibly a "hen of the woods"

I know it's a species of Hosta, it looks like Elegans.
