On the hind wing underside (middle top part of the wing) there are two black square blocks that are touching one another. In the white pie these two blocks are completely separated from one another.

Check this site for comparison with Small striped swordtail:

The blue lines at the bottom of the forewing are thin in the case of the Mamba swordtail. In the small striped swordtail the lines are thicker and become blotches.

Agree with Nuwan. Genus name however has changed to Telchinia (Telchinia esebria)
