I'm thinking that maybe it's a hackberry emperor, but i'm not too sure.
i posted this one a bit late at night for me and didn't get to id it right away. this morning i'm coming to the conclusion that it's a white-tailed hawk.
They have a bird feeder area with a water fountain in the corner of the property probably to keep the birds busy. lol thanks
