Yes John B. It's totally fine to take a screenshot. I've seen this moth probably three times now and I had taken better photos but until now I still struggle to identify it.
Same, the first time I saw one I got excited thinking I found an oddly shaped moth with light blue colors!
I agree with SukanyaDatta, looks to me like the subspecies Orsotriaena medus mandata.
