All but one of these pictures are of two-toed sloths, not of three-toed sloths
I'm pretty sure that those are not South American Coatis but White-nosed Coati for two main reasons. Firstly, South American Coatis aren't found in the wild in Costa Rica but White-nosed Coatis are. Secondly, from the pictures shown they look exactly like White-nosed Coatis with the White markings on their snouts, dark brown fur and lack of rings on their tails :)
From the shape of it's snout in certain pictures, I would guess that it's a harbor seal :)
It looks to me as if it is one or two sea otters depending on the picture
