The long toes look like the hindfoot of a raccoon.

the scat seems to match too.
Bears have 5 toes on the ground. My guess is either a dog or a coyote, coyote leave tracks in a single line, dogs leave them in a staggered pattern. Looking at the back of the track, I'm going with dog.
looks like an immature Leaf-footed Bug of some kind The wings arent fully grown yet.
