Yeah, he really just stole the whole suet cake from the feeder! 😄 the original plan was to get a picture of a downy woodpecker that kept coming to my window and doing a mating call every time I was there, but whenever I came with a camera, he flew away!

I've never seen a prettier picture taken of one of these amazing endangered birds. Since I've never been to the Philippines, I haven't seen one in real life but this picture seemed like it was the real bird! Nice job!

To me it looks almost like a golden eagle, but I might be wrong

I'll put it down as just a sandpiper for now until I can get a specific species. Thanks for your help!

I found out that this is a mourning dove just hanging out near the brook in my yard.

And I'll switch it to pet, too
