Some kind of Skullcap. Similar to Heart-Leaved Skullcap (Scutellaria ovata), but it doesn't look *quite* the same.

From the green flower centers, it looks more like Common Rose Pink (Sabatia angularis):

It's actually a Fire Pink. The giveaway is the notched petals, which Royal Catchfly doesn't have. The habitat matches Fire Pink, as well.
