Everyone else has been close, but not quite correct. It is actually Gomphocarpus cancellatus (Broad-leaf Cotton-bush). Common on hillsides in the southern parts of South Australia.
You have at least 2 Drosera spp. here. Climbing Sundew (D. macrantha ssp. planchonii) and Tall Sundew (D. auriculata). The diagnostic feature of D. peltata - hairy on the back of the calyx - is not visible and I suspect this ID is incorrect.
