The dusky slug (Arion subfuscus) I think. The colouration appears a bit light so it's possible this is a slight mutation or natural light pigmentation. This could also be a juvenile gray garden slug (Deroceras reticulatum).
They eat pond fish so beware! These birds are protected in the USA and are very smart with incredible memory. They eat amphibians and fish equally.
You would think the wheel bug would win that contest. But those spiders are very very fast as captured on video
