I was also leaning toward Pelegrina flavipes, because his leg stripes aren't super defined, but this is tough.
Looks a LOT like Pelegrina proterva, but I am still looking to be sure.
Oh, have they changed the genus name? I found "Misumenops" in one of my spider books by the National Wildlife Federation. I hope it's not outdated because I use it for a lot of identification.
From its little face (cutie), it really looks like a Northern Crab Spider (Misumenops asperatus). The color is right...and I THINK I see the stripes on his carapace, but it's difficult to tell from this picture. Because the photo wasn't shot from above, I can't really see the shape of his legs. It's always that wacky lack shape that give away the crab spiders.
