This fox was eating road kill and couldn't seem to open its eyes.Sad to see.
maybe a Cooper's Hawk but I can't see the belly.They have red eyes,a hooked beak and greyish feathers.I noticed also the tail feathers have the same stripes.can't say for sure
I heard this guy in a garden making calls so I grabbed my camera out of the car.When I got back he flew away at about a 6 ft.height and landed on my brothers car.I got the shot but he wasn't happy about it.Then he flew away again and hopefully found a cooler place.It was a hot day.
the wing span of this guy would have been around 6ft.
